Item Specifications:
3 series 11.1V 12V 12.6V 18650 Li-ion battery charging protection plate
BMS 3 series 12.6V 20A lithium battery protection board(with recovery function-AUTO Recovery)
This product is an enhanced version: suitable for electric drills with starting current below 60A.
3 series 12.6V 20A lithium battery protection plate (with recovery function-AUTO Recovery)
Scope of application: nominal voltage of 3.6V, 3.7V lithium batteries (including 18650, 26650, polymer lithium batteries) Product size: 59 * 20 * 3.4mm Product weight: 4.3g
Charging voltage:12.6V-13.0V
Continuous discharge current (upper limit): 20A (if the heat dissipation environment is not good, please reduce the load current use)
Continuous charging current(upper limit):10A Standard version:Suitable for drills with starting current below 40A and power below 65W. Enhanced version: for drills with starting current below 60A and power below 100W.
Note 1: Successful start of the drill requires three 15C-20C power batteries, or six 10C-15C power batteries (Pu’s 18650 can not start the drill!!!!) If it happens to be that the battery is a little smaller or the power of the drill is a little larger resulting in the inability to start, please contact the owner again to tell you how to solve the problem.
Note 2:Strictly according to the diagram wiring 0V, 4.2V, 8.4V, 12.6V, do not intentionally short circuit.
Note 3:When there is a brush motor type load, you must connect a capacitor (10uF-1000uF) in parallel with the positive and negative terminals of the motor to prevent the reverse spike voltage generated by the motor from interfering with the protection board or breaking the MOS tube.
Note 4:When connecting 3 groups of batteries in series, please make sure the voltage of each group is the same, if not, please fill each group of batteries individually and then use them in series. When discharging test, the battery with faster voltage drop is the poor battery.
For some customers with poor electronic foundation, please note: Never mix the good batteries with the bad batteries! The closer the capacity/internal resistance of the 3 groups of batteries, the better! (2 good batteries + 1 bad battery effect = 3 bad battery effect).
